Short answer
Monitor inflammatory markers (CRP, fibrinogen), eliminate hidden foci of infection, optimize nutrition and physical activity levels. Use indicator tracking to assess dynamics.
A hidden process that can affect all body systems and accelerate aging
The mechanism in three steps, and where you can intervene.
Trigger
Persistent infection, autoimmune processes, obesity, toxins or chronic stress
Mechanism
Imbalance of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory mediators
Symptom
Fatigue, joint pain, cognitive impairment, increased risk of cardiovascular disease

Monitor inflammatory markers (CRP, fibrinogen), eliminate hidden foci of infection, optimize nutrition and physical activity levels. Use indicator tracking to assess dynamics.
A baseline panel for the most common causes.
Main marker of systemic inflammation, especially high sensitivity test (hs-CRP)
Indicator of inflammation and risk of blood clots
Nonspecific indicator of the inflammatory process
Key pro-inflammatory cytokine
May be elevated in chronic inflammation regardless of iron stores
How each marker relates to chronic inflammation.
Chronic inflammation is often associated with low-grade infections (eg, periodontitis, H. pylori), autoimmune conditions, obesity (adipose tissue produces inflammatory cytokines), environmental toxins, and chronic stress. An age-related increase in pro-inflammatory markers (inflaming) accelerates the aging process. Intestinal dysbiosis and dietary habits play an important role.
High-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) is the gold standard for assessing systemic inflammation. Fibrinogen and ESR complete the picture. If an autoimmune process is suspected, antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are tested. Interleukin-6 and TNF-α are more specific but expensive tests. Ferritin may be falsely elevated during inflammation, so it is interpreted together with transferrin. Axioris makes it convenient to track the dynamics of these indicators on graphs.
Consultation is needed if there is a persistent increase in inflammatory markers (CRP >3 mg/l), combined with unexplained weight loss, night sweats or prolonged low-grade fever. If inflammation is accompanied by joint pain, rash or other specific symptoms, a rheumatologist is required. For obesity and metabolic syndrome, working with an endocrinologist and nutritionist is important.
1) Ignoring mildly elevated levels (CRP 2-3 mg/l) is already a risk. 2) Attempts to reduce inflammation only with dietary supplements without eliminating the cause. 3) Underestimation of the role of sleep and stress. 4) No repeated measurements after lifestyle correction. In Axioris, you can set reminders for follow-up tests and track the effectiveness of interventions.

«Инсулин натощак оказался высоким, хотя глюкоза была норм. Это объяснило набор веса. Без системного подхода не увидела бы.»
«Загрузил 12 PDF с анализами из разных лабораторий. Всё собралось в единый таймлайн — это было неожиданно круто.»

Yes, often this is a “silent” process, revealed only by analysis. A moderate increase in CRP (1-3 mg/l) may not produce obvious symptoms, but increases the risks of atherosclerosis and diabetes.
The main pro-inflammatory factors: excess sugar, trans fats, refined carbohydrates, processed meat. Omega-6 fatty acids in large quantities (sunflower oil) without balance with omega-3.
Acute inflammation produces high CRP (>10 mg/l), leukocytosis, obvious symptoms (fever, pain). Chronic - moderate increase in markers (CRP 1-10 mg/l), often without local signs, but with systemic effects.
Regular moderate activity (150 min/week) reduces CRP, but excessive exercise without recovery has the opposite effect. Axioris allows you to track heart rate zones and load/recovery balance.
Effective: Mediterranean diet (olive oil, fish, vegetables), normalization of sleep, stress management (meditation), quitting smoking. Curcumin and omega-3 have proven moderate effects. Track the dynamics of markers as they change.
