Short answer
Analyze key biomarkers (ferritin, TSH, vitamin D), optimize sleep and exercise. If symptoms persist for >3 months, consult a physician or endocrinologist.
Persistent exhaustion that does not go away after rest is a possible signal of systemic disorders
The mechanism in three steps, and where you can intervene.
Trigger
Nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress or underlying inflammation
Mechanism
Impaired energy metabolism in mitochondria and dysfunction of the HPA axis (hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal glands)

A baseline panel for the most common causes.
Reveals hidden iron deficiency - a common cause of fatigue even with normal hemoglobin
Shows thyroid function - hypothyroidism causes lethargy and apathy
Deficiency is associated with muscle weakness and immune dysregulation
Eliminates anemia, inflammation and infections
Reflects adrenal function and response to chronic stress
A marker of systemic inflammation that can deplete energy resources
How each marker relates to chronic fatigue.
Chronic fatigue rarely occurs without underlying disorders. In 60-70% of cases, deficiency of iron, vitamin D or B12, and hypothyroidism are detected. Stress and lack of sleep disrupt circadian rhythms, reducing ATP production. Autoimmune processes (eg, Hashimoto's) and chronic infections (Epstein-Barr) also provoke an energy crisis. It is important to consider medications - beta blockers, antidepressants and statins can cause fatigue as a side effect.
Ferritin is an optimal marker of iron stores (target >50 μg/L). TSH should be in the lower third of the reference (1-2 mIU/l). Maintain vitamin D at 50-80 ng/ml. Axioris conveniently monitors dynamics: if indicators drop, the system will warn about the need for correction. If there are no abnormalities in the tests, but the symptoms persist, glutathione, CoQ10 and organic acids are examined - these tests are prescribed by the doctor.
Consultation is needed if fatigue lasts >3 months and is accompanied by a temperature of 37-37.5°C, swollen lymph nodes or weight loss. Warning signs include muscle weakness (difficulty walking up stairs), orthostatic hypotension (dizziness when standing up), or cognitive impairment (memory problems). If chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is suspected, fibromyalgia and depression will need to be ruled out.
Self-administration of stimulants (caffeine, adaptogens) without identifying the cause only masks the problem. Attempts to “cheer up” with intense training can aggravate the condition of mitochondrial dysfunction. Uncontrolled intake of iron is also dangerous - excess damages the liver. In Axioris, use the load calculator: it takes into account your cortisol levels and sleep quality for personalized recommendations.
«Не ожидал, что стресс так сильно влияет. Axioris помог выстроить протокол и отслеживать динамику по фото каждые 4 недели.»
«Общий анализ крови я сдавала каждый год, но никогда не знала, что смотреть. Теперь вижу паттерны за 3 года.»
«Axioris подсказал проверить кортизол в утреннее время. Результат удивил и объяснил, почему не могу утром нормально работать.»

Срочные симптомы требуют немедленного обращения за медицинской помощью.
Yes, after physical/emotional overload - but it goes away in 1-2 days. The chronic form lasts for months and does not correlate with activity.
With depression, motivation for any activity is reduced, and with CFS there is a desire, but no physical strength. Depression also rarely causes muscle pain.
Coffee temporarily blocks adenosine receptors, but has the opposite effect in cases of adrenal fatigue. It is better to limit it to 1-2 cups before 14:00.
Graduated physical therapy (gradual increase in load), cognitive behavioral therapy and correction of circadian rhythms (sleep/wake schedule).
The platform automatically analyzes downloaded tests, tracks the dynamics of markers and reminds about repeat tests. AI interprets the data in conjunction with your symptoms.
